Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns info (quick view)
- Returns: Accepted for defective and non-defective items
- Exchanges: Accepted (subject to stock availability)

1) Returns (Defective & Non-Defective)
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Item condition (New only)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New and unused (not installed/fitted)
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and all included parts/accessories
Non-returnable items
Custom-made or specially ordered items are not eligible for return
unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
2) Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
How exchanges work
- Email us at sales@pipecover.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to exchange, plus the replacement item/spec required.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement item (if available).
Price differences
- If the replacement item costs more, we will request payment of the difference before dispatch.
- If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
3) How to Return or Exchange (By Post)
All returns and exchanges are handled by post.
- Email sales@pipecover.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- We will send return instructions and the return address.
- Pack items securely in original packaging.
- Post the parcel back (tracked service recommended).
4) Return Shipping Costs & Labels
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for returns and exchanges.
- We recommend using a tracked service.
- We are not responsible for parcels lost in return transit.
If the item is faulty/defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error:
we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
5) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email
sales@pipecover.co.uk as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (where applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where appropriate.
