Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from pipecover.co.uk. If you're not entirely happy with your radiator pipe covers, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• All original packaging must be included.
• Custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
4. Package items securely in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective).
